Privacy Statement

We agree with and adhere to the privacy statement issued by the Indianhead Council. It appears here with slight modifications to tailor it to Pack 414.

Signup for Email Communication
We collect contact information such as your name, email address, and mailing address to be able to send email communications and to verify your registration status as a member of the Indianhead Council.

Submit Suggestions
Suggestions for improvement are encouraged. To follow-up and respond to the suggestions, we collect contact information such as your name, email address, and mailing address.

Children's Information
All forms collecting information are directed toward adults, not kids. The areas of the site directed toward children do not specifically require or request information from children under the age of 13 nor require more information than is necessary from a child in order to participate in activity offered on our sites.

Information Use
Information is collected only to be able to respond to inquiries or requests. These include one-time responses to user requests for information or to send requested email communications. We collect mailing addresses to verify membership status in Indianhead Council.

We only send email or postal mailings in response to requests for information.

If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as zip code, phone, email or postal address), or if a user no longer desires our service, we provide a way to correct, update or delete users' personally identifiable information. If a user requests deletion, all information will be removed from the site's database.
